Massport Beautifies Winthrop Gateway

Massport, in collaboration with Speaker of the House Robert A. DeLeo, State Sen. Joseph Boncore, the Town of Winthrop, and the Friends of Belle Isle, continued its beautification of the gateway entrance to Winthrop from East Boston with the planting of several flowers near the Belle Isle Bridge.
