St John’s Episcopal Hosts Indoor Yard Sale

On Saturday, June 3, from 9 AM to 1 PM, St. John’s Episcopal hall opens its doors to the annual Indoor Yard Sale fundraiser at 222 Bowdoin St. in Winthrop. The weather is guaranteed to be hospitable indoors, and the company cheerful and eager to sell.

Bargain seekers will find household and yard items, holiday decorations, craft supplies, pet paraphernalia, durable or fine glassware and china, electronics, accent furniture, clothing, toys, and other attic treasures. With 21 tables to survey, attendees will be engulfed by innumerable “experienced” items as well as new, or as good as new, commodities.

To succor the strength of treasure shoppers, St John’s will be offering hot dogs in butter-grilled rolls, as well as St John’s signature Lobster Lunches, that include a generous lobster roll, triple chocolate brownie and bag of chips. Packaged Lobster Lunches will be available for $15 at the Yard Sale, for eat-in or take-out, as long as the supply lasts, so reservations are encouraged. For those who wish to reserve a Lobster Lunch, please call or text Carol Belcher at 617-913-5182 by Thursday June 1, 8pm.
