Big Vote Two Weeks Away

The big vote on the renovation project for Miller Field is June 21 and we hope that residents will consider the positive impact that a new Miller Field would have on the town. The field will not only be used by the high school teams, but our youth sports teams, and the new track will be a great and safe place for people to do their daily walks and runs.We understand how much this projects means to Winthrop High’s coaches and athletes — and their families as well — and we feel a new Miller Field would complement so well the spectacular middle/high school building that is ready to open for the coming school year.
