Congratulations to Winthrop resident Peter Christopher, who handily won election as a Democratic State Committeeman at a meeting last Saturday. Christopher has been very active in local politics and his impressive vote to get elected showed that Democrats recognize his fine leadership and the volunteer effort he has demonstrated in campaigns.
We know he will serve the residents of the First Suffolk and Middlesex District with distinction, joining Alisha DelVento, Tino Capobianco, and Gabriella Coletta, on the Democratic State Committee and being the town’s representatives at the state Democratic Convention in June.
