There was a large turnout for the Community Against Drug Abuse (CASA) forum as the organization focuses its efforts on the opioid crisis that has affected our state and our town. CASA Director Amy Epstein has been working hard to bring this crisis out into the open and to bring an understanding of the science behind addiction. Epstein is using her outstanding background in the field to let people know that help is available and that there is no stigma in asking for the assistance of health professionals and drug counselors.
