VETERAN’S DAY SERVICES FOR 2015
The 2015 Veteran’s Day services will be held Wednesday, November 11 at 11 a.m. on the Town Hall lawn.
The opening greeting will be made by Veteran’s Agent Rose Mazzuchelli and Richard Gay, commander of American Legion Post 146. Also participating will be Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 460, Rev. Richard May, Boy Scout Troop 75, the Emblem Club and U.S. Army veteran Richard Honan.
All veterans are also invited to a dining in at the Center Café, 36 Woodside Ave., Winthrop, from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, Nov. 15. RSVP Rose at 617-846-3065.
CLARK TO HOLD SENIOR FAIR
Congresswoman Katherine Clark will hold her First Annual Senior Resource Fair in Winthrop on Saturday, Nov. 7.

RALLY FOR JUDE
The friends and family of Jude Roucher, 35, of East Boston and Revere, are holding a fundraiser on Saturday, Nov. 14, in her name.
Roucher was diagnosed recently with an aggressive form of breast cancer in Stage 2.
The time will raffle off many high-end items, including gifts from Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Mistral, Hotel Commonwealth, The Harbor Hyatt and many others.
All proceeds will go towards paying for the medical and living expenses for Roucher. The entry fee is $10 and raffle items start at $5. The time will be at Jeffries Point Yacht Club, 565 Sumner St., in Eastie.
