Town Bustling with Sounds of Summer

There are so many reasons why this town is beloved by its residents, but the summers in Winthrop — with the opportunities for boating and sailing out of our yacht clubs, the convenient treasure that is the Winthrop Golf Club, the beaches and the increasingly beautiful parks, the feeling of safety in the streets and neighborhoods, and the outstanding recreation program for our children that is run by Director Sean Driscoll — there are few better places to be than in Winthrop when the season is summer.

And we might add that the clean look of our streets and parks (thank you, Steve Calla and the DPW) only adds to the greatness of Winthrop-By-The-Sea.
