Carla In Control

There was a new poll location for three precincts in the town at the Cummings School and many races on the ballot, but Town Clerk Carla Vitale did her usual outstanding job in running the election. It’s a pressurized situation — an election has to be conducted perfectly and Carla and her staff carried it out without a hitch.

Thank you, Carla, for letting the residents know about the change in polling places in the town manager’s blog, the Sun-Transcript, on WCAT, and through other venues.

We congratulate all the nominees and we look forward to the final election on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
