National Night out a Success

A great time was had by all at Winthrop’s observance of National Night Out, an event that creates awareness about crime prevention and encourages police-neighborhood partnerships in that effort.

Winthrop Police Lt. Frank Scarpa and Police Chief Terence Delehanty were no doubt pleased with the turnout and the festiveness of this important event.

Our Police Department works 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year protecting us and making sure our streets and neighborhoods are safe.

We thank the WPD for its effort in organizing our National Night Out program.
