Monday, April 28

Party on Golden Drive requesting EMS. Transferred to Action EMD.

Caller on Crest Avenue is requesting EMS for his wife who isn’t feeling well. WFD and EMS notified.

Motor vehicle stop on Pleasant Street for revoked insurance violation. G&J contacted and will tow.

Manager of CVS called to report a male in a black hoodie is concealing some stolen goods. Officer reports the male subject is under arrest for shoplifting and possession of Class B drug.

Party came in with his 12-year-old son to report an incident that occurred over the weekend. A victim/witness form was provided.

Party on Governors Drive called for assistance with a recent child custody order from the Probate Court.

Caller on Governors Drive called to report three known gang members are in the complex looking for her son. She believes they are looking to shoot her son. She reports a grey BMW fled the area towards Magee’s Corner. Units stopped the vehicle on Main Street. One occupant placed in custody for three outstanding warrants.

Party on Governors Drive called 911 and was disconnected. She called back and reports a possible leg fracture due to a fall. WFD and EMS notified and dispatched to the address she gave.

Caller on Douglas Street reports unknown person or persons opened a Sprint cell phone account in his name incurring charges of over $2200. He contacted Sprint and they are investigating.

Party on Woodside Avenue reports he has after school custody of his 10-year-old son. He had his son in a time out, and his son fled the home, returning to his primary residence with his mother. He reports he attempted to retrieve his son from the child’s mother’s house, but she refused to let him go to the caller. He wanted this reported for possible civil court proceedings.

Croydon NH asked us to have a party on Revere Street contact them. Officer spoke with parties and the wife will contact them.

Tuesday, April 29

Male on Shore Drive called to report that he is having a problem with one of his tenants who will not move his car so he can get the trash out. Caller reports that the tenant is now swearing at him. Officers report that the caller is the custodian of the property, and they have settled the matter for now. The issue is a landlord tenant issue.

Medical aid request for party on Ocean Avenue for a transport to the hospital. Call transferred to EMD and WFD for service.

Motorist was stopped on Shore Drive for violation. Officer reports citation issued for failing to stop at stop sign.

Party came to the station to report the theft of some property.

Caller on Forrest Street reports that his brother-in-law took a large number of prescription medication. WFD notified.

Director at Winthrop Library requesting a well-being check on a female who may have mental health issues. WFD notified. Party was evaluated by EMS and refused transport. Viking Taxi contacted to transport her to her residence.

Party on Wheelock Street requests an officer to respond to enter the house for a well being check on the person that she assists. Officer reports checking the entire home from top to bottom. The man is not home. The home was resecured.

Walk-in to report that he was involved in a minor motor vehicle accident in Revere. After talking to the driver on the scene, they followed them home to their house on Trident Avenue and took photos of both he and his wife getting out of the car. He would like this on record. When he gave the plate number, the plate came back to no record.

Party on Governors Drive reports being threatened and requests to speak with Det. Jaworski. Officer reports the party filling out victim witness report and will drop it off.

Wednesday, April 30

Off. Armistead and Det. Callinan will attempt to serve a warrant on a juvenile on Governors Drive. They report locating and arresting the juvenile issued from the Brooke Court House. Warrant was for protective custody.

Det. Callinan and W91 off with motor vehicle for several traffic violations at Shirley and Revere Street. They include obstructing traffic, no seat belt, and no registration in possession.

Female on Pauline Street called to report that her stepfather made threats to her, her aunt and himself with a knife (believed to be a butter knife) and then ran out the door. He was committed a week or so ago and when he ran out of the house, he said he would not go back to a hospital and would rather kill himself. All units notified. Off. Ramadini went to the house and received more information. W99 has the subject in East Boston.

Call from Kennedy Road that someone needs an ambulance. Fire notified.

Manager at Alcohol and Drug Free Lodging Home reports a female passed out. WFD and 98 Jaworski and 91 Ramadini report an adult has an alcohol overuse issue. Transported to MGH.

Medical aid requested for female who fell on Quincy Avenue. Transferred to WFD and they will handle.

Mother on Sunset Road reports that she has not heard from her son since yesterday. Missing person filed and sent out.

Caller on Perkins Street reports that her 2-year-old golden retriever named Peanutbutter jumped the fence in her back yard. ACO notified and is responding. Dog was located on Cottage Avenue. ACO will locate dog and bring him back to the owner.

E911 caller on Wave Way Avenue reports sparking wires from a line that is entering the home. WFD notified and will respond.

Two females report one male beating the other on Revere Street, near the Revere line. 94 Lt. Scarpa, 91 Ramadini and 91 Curran report a conflicting flee route. Parties had left the area.

Thursday, May 1

93 initiates a motor vehicle stop on Revere and Summit Avenue for traffic violation. Operator was unlicensed. Rear female passenger brought to station by Sgt. Crisafi.

Party on Irwin Street reports that he is behind a black motor vehicle that is stopping in the middle of the street and female operator is screaming. He believes that she may be having some kind of medical issue.

Caller on Main Street reports that his 80-year-old father-in-law is unconscious and having a seizure.

Party on Golden Drive reports elderly female has fallen.

DCF worker requests a well being check on Douglas Street, as she believes she heard a young child in the home, but nobody would answer the door. DCF worker is at her Chelsea office calling this in. Housing notified to respond with key. Officers report the two children are okay.

Dr. Pransky’s office requests an ambulance transport for a patient.

Female came in to report she was just bitten by a dog on Summit Avenue. Fire and Action will check her and she is going to the Whidden. ACO will respond, they have the information and they will handle.

Female on Beach Road came in to the station to report that her 12-year-old daughter is in fear of a defendant in a criminal case 3 years ago.

Call from Winthrop Housing Manager to report there may be people in an apartment that do not belong there. Lt. Scarpa reports he has the name of the culprit and is searching the area. Off. Ramadini is on the scene to take photos and then make out a report.

Caller on Revere Street reports a male working on his car and is leaving parts on the street. Unit reports owner is putting motor vehicle back in the driveway.

Man at Pleasant Park Yacht Club reports chest pains. Transferred to WFD and they will handle.

Friday, May 2

Request for an officer to give a trespass order to subject on Kennedy Road. 92 obliged. Parties served trespass notice in hand and vacated the area without incident.

Chief requests a cruiser to keep the peace during a surveying assignment with DPW at Halford Beach.

Party came to the station to report threatening phone calls. It appears to be the same reoccurring “IRS” scam seen in recent weeks.

An attempt to serve a summons on male subject on Governors Drive. W91 reports speaking with the wife who will have the husband pick up the summons at the station when he gets home from work.

Caller requests that we speak with the occupant on Irwin Street and have them cease making harassing phone calls. Party advised that we would speak with the resident, but she would need a “no contact” harassment order for this to be enforceable.

Male came to the station to report that a motor vehicle claiming to be his is for sale at a lot in Winthrop.

Caller on Governors Drive reports being attacked by two people. Units report speaking to all parties involved. No assault took place. Parties wanted to explain a situation that occurred last week. The parties were advised to stay away and advised of rights should this continue.

Reports of finding a white shaggy dog on Court Road. ACO contacted but reports that he does not have access to licensing information when the clerk’s office is closed. He will check his messages to see if anyone reported their dog gone.

Several calls from women reporting five teen girls walking in the middle yellow line on Walden Street. W91 responded and spoke with the girls and gave them a stern warning regarding the danger.

Juvenile female came to the station to report one of her friends gave her number to a male on twitter. W91 spoke with the juvenile and contacted the male party and the parent of the juvenile regarding the situation.

Caller on Beacon Street reports a male party may be in a diabetic shock. Fire and ambulance notified. Unit reports male party sent to MGH.

Anonymous caller believes underage drinking party occurring on Main Street in the basement. W91 Off. Freeman, W94 Off. Bonavita from the station and Off. Curran report all adults engaged in quiet gathering.

State Police relay and second 911 call requesting ambulance for husband with stomach pain on Harbor View Avenue.

Saturday, May 3

Unit reports having motor vehicle pulled over on Shirley and Perkins Street. License of operator suspended. Vehicle moved by wife and citation was issued.

W94 reports a verbal argument between parties on Pleasant Street. They were advised of their rights.

Many 911 calls of a house fire on Floyd Street. Fire notified and are on the scene. Sgt. Crisafi and Chief Delehanty on the scene. Sgt. Crisafi requests Red Cross for residents and they were notified. The fire was put out with the assist from other cities and towns.

Landlord on Shirley Street called to report marijuana smoking out in the open from the renters in an apartment. Off. Feeley reports no smell of marijuana in the hallway or coming out of an open window.

Party reports a white motor vehicle has been speeding up and down Pleasant Street and has also failed to stop for him in the crosswalk. He described the suspect vehicle as a 4 door Mercury being operated by a white male in his forties. Units advised to BOLO. RMV inquiry unable to return a possible match. Caller returned to the station and provided an exact number plate. Units were advised and then the operator came to the station to identify himself and was advised to be more aware of his driving habits.

Party on Cottage Avenue requesting an ambulance transport for her elderly father. Transferred to Action EMD.

91 will attempt to serve a summons to subject on Governors Drive. 91 reports subject was served in hand.

Female on Shirley Street complaining of numb arm and tight chest.

Motor vehicle stopped for traffic violation on Governors Drive. Citation issued.

Party at Executive Apartments reports that her ex-boyfriend sold her I pad to someone in Chelsea named Alex.

Motor vehicle stopped for violation on Revere and Upland Road. Operator cited for unlicensed operation. Vehicle was taken into possession of a licensed operator per owner’s request.

Motor vehicle stopped for violation at Shore Drive and Grovers Avenue. Officer is bringing four teens, all cousins, to the station to be picked up by their parents. The driver, who is also related, was cited and sent on his way. Three of the teens were dropped off at their grandmother’s home on Shore Drive. His mother was picking up the fourth subject.

Rossetti’s Café called to report that someone just passed out at their table. Fire and ambulance notified.

Sunday, May 4

Caller on Pleasant Street reports some girls threw rocks at her windows. Units report having three girls stopped at the bridge. Units request EMS for an evaluation. Fire notified. Units report mutual assault and battery.

Party states a large group at Massa Playground. Units respond and report a group playing basketball removed from the playground.

Caller on Fremont Street reports that his neighbors are building decks on the back of their house. He also stated there is no permit issued. Officer reports the contractor started the job on Friday but will cease working in accordance with the town ordinance. He was advised about proper permitting.

Party on Governors Drive reports smelling a strange odor coming from the apartment below her. Officer reports the reporting party has her windows open and there was no odor present. She will call back if she notices it again.

Caller reports a baby squirrel following people around Ingleside Park. Message left for ACO.

Party at Executive Apartments came to the station to report threats made to her by her ex-boyfriend. Officer assisted in getting a 209A issued, and they will file charges.

Monday, May 5

Life Alert called for a fall victim at Fort Heath Apartments. Fire notified.
