It was nice to see John Vitagliano back at the last Council Meeting looking fit and fully recovered from his recent heart valve surgery. Vitagliano is back in full stride working on various issues and you can rest assured that he will be a part of the upcoming public meeting with MWRA Executive Director Frederick Laskey.
