Fort Banks Dedication Ceremony

The Winthrop Housing Authority dedicated a flagpole in honor of the men and women that served with the United States Army and the United States Coast Artillery at Fort Banks in Win­throp. Pictured at the dedication ceremony are, from left, Councilor-at-Large Larry Powers, WHA Chairman Joseph Boncore, WHA board member and veteran Richard Honan, veteran DelBrook Binns, WHA board member Frank Ferrara, Veterans Agent Roseann Mazzuchelli, Speaker of the House Robert A.
