TC Financial Forum Set for Tonight at Cummings

The Town Council will hold its Spring Financial Forum tonight (Thursday) at 7 p.m. at the Cummings School.

Town Council President Peter Gill said each department head will give a brief report to the Council about the department’s financial and budgetary matters and the goals for the next fiscal year that begins on July 1.

Residents will also be allowed to speak at the meeting with a five-minute time limit. Gill said he was deciding whether the public comment period would follow each department head’s report or be held at the end of the meeting.

  • Nice that the Fishwrapper blocks out portions of stories, and does not say whether the town's chief financial officer was present... or would be present... for the Town Council annual financial forum.
